Named after the song by Juan Gabriel, this piece depicts the violent drug war that began when Joaqín “El Chapo” Guzmán’s cartel moved into the city of Juárez. The drug related violence brutally took the lives of so many. Between the years of 2008 -2011; alone, there were 9578 murders. Naming Juárez the most dangerous city in the world.
